Jimmy has lived in Charlotte all his life and is proud
to be considered a true Charlottean. He’s seen many changes and lots of growth over the past several years all across the city and especially the beautiful uptown skyline. As a child Jimmy went to kindergarten at the First Presbyterian Church on West Trade Street “downtown”. He remembers walking past Eckerd drugstore where our tallest skyscraper, the Bank of America Building, now stands. Jimmy received his real estate license in 1997 and has since sold well over 30 million dollars in volume. He sold new homes for two major homebuilders his first five years
as a Realtor and even received Top Sales Producer of the Year and Rookie Salesperson of the Year along with many other awards. Jimmy is the owner and broker-in-charge of Alexander Realty and is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina. Jimmy truly loves this industry and takes pride in the fact that a major part of his business comes from past client referrals.
