Charlotte Real Estate Expert

About

I have lived in Charlotte my entire life and proud to say I’m a true “Charlottean”. I’ve seen many changes and huge growth over the years all across the city and especially with our beautiful Uptown Skyline. Wow, how it has changed! Growing up in the 70’s, I remember when our tallest skyscraper, the Bank of America Building, was just an Eckerd Drugstore! As times have changed, Charlotte has become a world class city with many things to offer. Our old “Downtown” is now known as Uptown or Center City.

I started my real estate career in 1997 and have since sold well over 30 million dollars in volume. I started out in New Home Sales with two major homebuilders and within my first year received Top Sales Producer and Rookie Salesperson of the Year as well as many other awards.

After 5 years in the new home industry, I decided to go into general brokerage. In 2006 I started my own brokerage firm, Alexander Realty. I’m a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina.

I truly love this industry and take pride in the fact that a huge part of my business comes from past client referrals. I realize that the buying and selling process can be somewhat stressful at times, but that it can also be a very easy and seamless task if you have the right Realtor/Broker in your corner who is looking out for your best interests.
